Chemical Transport Has No Margin for Non-Compliance

Chemical distributors and industrial manufacturers move high volumes of regulated substances daily. Whether that's bulk acids, solvents, oxidisers, or industrial cleaning products, the documentation and handling requirements under ADR are non-negotiable — and the penalties for non-compliance are significant.

DGX specialises exclusively in dangerous goods. Every consignment is reviewed by our in-house DGSA, correctly documented, and transported in fully-equipped ADR vehicles. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

REACH & SDS Compliance

REACH requires suppliers to provide Safety Data Sheets when selling chemical substances. DGX requires and reviews the SDS before any chemical consignment — ensuring transport classification aligns with your REACH documentation and protecting both parties in the supply chain.

Exemption Structuring

Many chemical shipments qualify for Limited Quantity (LQ) or small load (1.1.3.6) exemptions — significantly reducing documentation and vehicle requirements. Our DGSA assesses every consignment to apply the correct exemption, saving you cost without cutting compliance corners.

Contract Chemical Transport

For regular shippers: fixed collection routes, agreed documentation formats, and a dedicated account contact who understands your product range. No re-explaining your cargo every time — we know it before we arrive.
